Tuohey advised Miller forfeit as the hammerlock was "likely to break Miller's shoulder if the men continued grappling."
"In the second bout the men were locked in a double body scissors hold and Tuohey got mixed up with them and rolled over several times."
Turner won the second fall with a flying mare.
