There was a lot of talk swirling around about a Gotch-Stecher showdown.
Americus (Gus Schoenlein) was Baltimore’s local pride.
Link, Seejax, Alexander and Parker were also all Baltimorean.
Alexander defeated Parker for the second fall by submission to an arm hold.
$10,000 in betting was said to have changed hands on the Stecher/Americus outcome.
