Notes:
This is the last day of the tournament which began on March 2, 1909.
Zbyszko failed to throw Zaikin in the alotted time-limit.
Zaikin went to the jury and demanded his money.
The jury decided that Zaikin will receive his money only after the end of the match.
Zaikin snatched the money from the jury and stormed towards the exit.
A big tumult broke out in the audience.
The referee Prof. Ivan Lebedev declared Zbyszko the winner of the match.
The audience cheered loudly for Zbyszko and booed Zaikin.
Due to the riots, the continuation of the tournament was banned by the St. Petersburg police.
